Our priority is the health and safety of both our customers and colleagues. In line with government guidance, it is no longer compulsory to wear face coverings in the centre, but we recommend that you still wear them at busy times. Individual stores may have their own policies.

We will continue with enhanced cleaning procedures throughout the centre.

We encourage card or contactless payments at our Pay on Foot machines in the car park.

Will the toilets be open? Yes – the toilets, accessible toilets, baby changing and Changing Places facilities are open, although we encourage you to social distance to keep everyone safe.

What are your opening hours? If you are planning to visit, please visit here to see opening hours. Which stores are open? The vast majority of stores will be open for the advertised centre opening hours. If you are planning to visit a particular store, please be aware that opening hours may vary or be subject to change at short notice. We recommend that you contact individual stores directly before travelling to be sure. Is the Customer Service Desk open? The Customer Service Desk is open. The opening hours are: Monday – Friday – 09:30 - 20:00 , Saturday 09:00 - 19:00 and Sunday 11:00 – 17:00 To get in touch with customer services please contact: 0118 965 9000 or email: comments@theoracle.com Is Collect + available? Collect+ is available at the Customer Service Desk for collections and returns. The service is available during Customer Service desk opening times. Are the Amazon lockers available? Yes, Amazon Lockers are available as normal. Can I use the lift? Our lifts are available for use but please be aware of social distancing and do not overcrowd the lifts. This may mean delays to your journey through the centre during times of high use. Are the car parks open? Yes, both Riverside and Holy Brook car parks are open. Do I have to wear a face mask/covering? In line with the latest guidance from the Government, face coverings are no longer compulsory in the centre, but we recommend that people continue to wear them at busy times, and individual stores may have their own policies. Are store changing rooms open to try on items? Our retailers will have their own policies when it comes to changing rooms and return periods, so if you're interested in visiting a specific store, we'd recommend getting in touch with them directly.
