Accessibility at The Oracle
Everyone should feel welcome at The Oracle – and we’re committed to making your visit smooth, simple and enjoyable.
Whether you need a little extra help getting around or just want to plan ahead, we’ve partnered with AccessAble to give you detailed, up-to-date accessibility information.
Shopmobility
If mobility is a challenge – temporary or permanent – our Shopmobility service is here to help.
We offer free use of motorised scooters and manual wheelchairs to make it easier to explore the centre.

You'll need two forms of ID, including one with your address, to register.
Accessible parking
Both The Riverside and Holy Brook car parks have dedicated disabled bays with direct access to the centre.
Lift access
All shopping levels at The Oracle are accessible via lift – whether you're using a wheelchair, pushing a pram, or carrying shopping bags after a spree.
Accessible toilets
You’ll find accessible toilets throughout the centre, including within many of our shops and restaurants.
Changing Places facility
We’re proud to offer a state-of-the-art Changing Places facility, located on the Riverside level alongside the main customer toilets.
It includes:
- Specialist equipment
- Extra space for carers
- A safe, clean environment
