Car Parking Facilities
The Oracle offers two car parks, Holy Brook and Riverside Car Park. Both car parks are safe, secure and easily accessible for all shoppers. You can park in confidence with the added reassurance of our Park Mark Award.
Holy Brook Car Park offers 623 spaces and can be accessed via Bridge Street. It is open from 7am and closes 30 minutes after shops close.
The Riverside offers 1,679 spaces and can be accessed via Mill Lane. Each level in the Riverside Car Park is individually themed in the colours Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Pink and Grey to help you to remember which level you have parked your car on, it is also open 24 hours.
We provide disabled bays reserved exclusively for disabled shoppers and European Blue Badge holders only in the Riverside Car Park on levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and Holy Brook Car Park on level 1.
As a customer service to our shoppers we also provide mother and baby car parking spaces in the Holy Brook Car Park, these can be found on Level 2.
