The Oracle Car Park
The Oracle has 2,300 car parking spaces across 2 car parks. The Holy Brook Car Park, which is located on the roof of the centre, can be accessed via Bridge Street and The Riverside Multi Storey Car Park can be accessed from Mill Lane. Disabled spaces can be found in both car parks. The Riverside car park also offers cycle lockers and motorcycle spaces. Please note that our car parks have a maximum height restriction of 2.1 metres.

Holybrook Car Park offers 623 spaces and can be accessed via Bridge Street. It is open 30 minutes prior to shops opening and closes 30 minutes after shops close and gives direct access to House of Fraser and Debenhams.

The Riverside offers 1,679 spaces and can be accessed via Mill Lane. Each level in the Riverside Car Park is individually themed in the colours Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Pink and Grey to help you to remember which level you have parked your car on, it is also open 24 hours.

We provide disabled bays reserved exclusively for disabled shoppers and European Blue Badge holders only in the Riverside Car Park on levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and Holybrook Car Park on level 1.

As a customer service to our shoppers we also provide mother and baby car parking spaces in the Holybrook Car Park, these can be found on Level 2.

Both of our car parks are open 7 days a week. The Holy Brook opens at 7am and closes 30 minutes after the shops shut. The Riverside is open 24 hours for Riverside use.
