The Oracle’s regional charity raises funds to keep the emergency helicopter flying over Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Since 1999 the helicopter has responded to over 11,500 medical emergency missions, and has the ability to be airborne within 3 minutes, reaching the scene of the incident to deliver fast emergency medical care, then if necessary, transporting the patient to the nearest hospital.
Receiving no funding from central government or the National Lottery The Trust needs to raise £1.8m every year to maintain this vital service. Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust: "We rely on you ... So you can rely on us"
